Petitioner is working as Junior Assitant in Water Supply Branch, Municipal Corporation,Patiala. By filing instant writ petition she is seeking a writ of Certiorari for quashing transfer orders P-4 to P8 whereby she has been transferred 5 times in 6 months, allegedly to accommodate another employee i.e. Respondent no.6-Ms.Vijay Sharma.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court,learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
