Prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and family members at the hands of respondent No.4. Learned State Counsel contends that the grievance of the petitioner already stands redressed and vide order dated 08.08.2025, the police protection has already been extended to him. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
