Only prayer made in this petition is for direction to respondent no. 3 to implement the order dated 30.11.2016 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ludhiana. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that needful has been done. Mutation has been entered in the name of the petitioner as directed by the authority.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to move an application before the authority for delivery of possession.
