**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of case FIR No.606 dated 20.12.2011 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 476 of IPC registered at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition after arguing at length, without adverting to the merits of the case since the trial is at its fag end as has been informed by learned State counsel that out of 14 prosecution witnesses 13 prosecution witnesses stand examined.

In light of above, prayer is accepted.
