Criminal Miscellaneous Application bearing No. CRM-77212025, has been filed by the applicant-petitioner, for seeking withdrawal of main case i.e. CRM-M-39370-2024.

It has been averred in the application that petitioner does want to pursue the present petition any further, at this stage. 3.

Notice of this application to the non-applicant/respondents. 4.

Mr. Kanwar Sanjiv Kumar, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent No.1, and also confirms the statement made by counsel for the applicant-petitioner. Copy of the application along with affidavit has already been received by him in advance.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, and in view of the averments made in the application, which is supported by a notarized affidavit of applicant-petitioner, prayer made in the application is allowed, and the applicant-petitioner is permitted to withdraw main case. CRM stands disposed of.

Consequently, main case i.e. CRM-M-39370-2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
