**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioners herein are seeking appointment to the post of Principal by including the period they had worked as an ad hoc Master. In this regard reliance has been placed on a judgment rendered by this Court on 23.01.2017 in CWP No. 6867 of 2014 titled Baljit Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and another. In this regard, the petitioners have already approached the department by way of legal notice dated 27.02.2017 (Annexure P-1). At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners limits his prayer to an early consideration and decision in the legal notice dated 27.02.2017 (Annexure P-1) served by the petitioners upon the respondents.
