SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 & 2 for registration of criminal case which is cognizable in nature on the basis of CCTV footages and medical reports thereby directing for constitutional of special investigation team for conducting fair and impartial inquiry in the police complaints dated 27.09.2024 (P.4) and complaint dated 09.10.2024 (P.5) with further direction to respondent Nos.1 & 2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all such pleas before the Magistrate concerned while availing alternative remedy being available under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023.

Allowed as prayed for.
