**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that despite the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of arms licence on 16.06.2020, no action has been taken by respondent No.5 till date.

Precisely for the prayer in question, petitioner has also issued a legal notice on 24.07.2022 and the same is still lying unattended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his application dated 16.06.2020 followed by legal notice dated 24.07.2022 are directed to be decided by the competent authority/ respondent JYOTI SHARMA 2022.09.16 12:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
