RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa, vide order dated 04.08.2022 in case FIR No.42, dated 09.02.2022, under Sections 120B/201/302/34/363/366 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Kalan Wali, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court which had granted the bail.

Allowed as prayed for.
