In the present case the counsel representing the appellants earlier has been selected in Punjab Superior Judicial Service and in view thereof fresh notice was issued to the appellants. As per the office report the appellants remain unserved due to incomplete address. The only address available is in the memo of parties and in the judgments of the First Appellate Court and the Trial Court on which the service was sought to be effected.

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the case being called twice. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives.
