(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.01 dated 08.01.2014 under Sections 420/465/467/471/474 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station NRI Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel has produced a copy of the judgment dated 16.11.2022 passed by Ld. JMIC, Ludhiana wherein the petitioner Daljit Singh has been acquitted from the charges levelled against him and submits that nothing further survives in the petition and the same has become rendered infructuous.
