Mr. Arun Singla, Advocate for the respondent. *** We find that the matrimonial dispute between the appellant and the respondent has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Settlement agreement dated 29.8.2016 has been placed on record. Counsel appearing on either side submits that this appeal may be disposed of giving liberty to the parties to approach the trial Court with a necessary petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act to get a decree of divorce by mutual consent.

In the above facts and circumstances, the appeal stands disposed of giving liberty to the parties to file a joint petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act before the trial Court on 6.4.2017. The trial Court shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
