Learned counsel for respondent No.1 informs that the main suit has been decreed vide judgment and decree dated 16.05.2025 and respondent No.1 has already preferred an appeal against the main order. He submits that since the interim order under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC was assailed by the petitioner, as such, the present revision petition has rendered infructuous.
