(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of statutory remedy of appeal in terms of Section 16 of Haryana Targeted Public Distribution System (Licensing & Control) Order, 2022. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, any such appeal is filed, it would be expected of the Appellate Authority to dispose of the same expeditiously given the fact that the petitioner would be suffering recurring loss, preferably within a period of 1 month from filing of such appeal.
