The appeal is disposed of by passing consent order that the appellant shall be entitled to additional compensation of `1,30,000/- from respondent no.3 which will be paid to the appellant within a period of six weeks, failing which the appellant will be entitled to interest @6% per annum from the date of filing of appeal till realization.
