AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2 for taking appropriate action on the representation dated 24.01.2017 (Annexure P-7) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, I direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 24.01.2017 (Annexure P-7) served upon him by the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon, in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. He shall also ensure whether the representation is actual genuine or not backed by settlement of ego and decide the same in a most objective and pragmatic manner. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
