HARKESH MANUJA, J (ORAL) By means of instant third petition, petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.16 dated 12.02.2024 under Sections 419,420,120-B IPC and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 465,467,468,469 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Police Station Model Town, District Ludhiana. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
