Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.87 dated 03.05.2022, under Sections 324/323/427/506/148/149 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Phase 1, District S.A.S. Nagar, and, all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of a compromise dated 02.08.2023.

At the very outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, on the ground, that inadvertently two petitions seeking the same relief(s) (supra) have been filed before this Court.
