(Oral) In the present petition, keeping in view the pendency of similar writ petition i.e. CWP No. 21238 of 2017 titled as Raghubir Singh and others v. State of Haryana and another, notice of motion was issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.02.2023. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem to the fact that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been answered by this Court while passing the order in the similar writ petition i.e. CWP No. 21238-2017 titled as Raghubir Singh and others v. State of Haryana and another, hence the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in Raghubir Singh's case (supra).
