(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to official respondents No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on statement made by petitioner No. 2 before police authority and representation dated 23.01.2021 & 29.10.2021 (Annexure P-1 and P-2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, in case he is permitted to file a fresh representation to respondent No. 4 and direction to decide the same in a time bound manner be issued to the official respondents.

The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, the present petition is disposed with liberty to file a fresh representation to respondent No. 4. In case, such representation is filed then respondent No. 4 either himself or authorizing any officer of IPS cadre to decide the said representation within 30 working days by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The concerned authorities to communicate the order to the representationist without any delay. In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. However, it is clarified that in case, fresh petition is filed disposal of present petition shall not come in the way. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
