The learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 points out that the plaint, filed by the petitioners herein, has been returned by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) on 10.05.2022 for presentation before the Waqf Tribunal. He submits that the present revision petition is rendered infructuous.

This revision petition has been preferred challenging the order dated 14.09.2021, passed by the trial Court permitting the Punjab Waqf Board to become party in the suit.

In view of the subsequent developments, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioners shall have liberty to file an application for revival, if the facts are contrary to the ones mentioned.
