Learned counsel for the appellant-State submits that the issue raised in the present appeal has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Division Bench of this Court while deciding LPA No. 1092 of 2026 titled as State of Haryana and another vs. Saroj Rani alias Saroj Devi on 15.05.2026 and the present appeal be also disposed of in same terms. 2.

Ordered accordingly.

As the present appeal is being disposed of on the statement of the learned counsel for the appellant-State, in case, the said disposal is causing prejudice to the respondent, she will be at liberty to file an application for appropriate relief.
