(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.78 dated 30.07.2018, under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, registered at Police Station Division No.4, Patiala.

On 06.09.2019, notice of motion was issued in this case and the learned State counsel had put in appearance. Today, the learned State counsel, on instructions from RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.24 10:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
