Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner stands convicted in this case and he has handed over a copy of the judgment dated 10.04.2023, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
