(ORAL) The only prayer made in the petition is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021 (Annexure P-6) regarding implementation of the criteria relating to inclusion in the category of BPL card holders as directed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-24849-2014 vide order dated 04.12.2014 (Annexure P-1).

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on advance copy, submits that the representation dated 11.10.2021 (Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the respondent-authorities in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
