On the last date of hearing, the learned State counsel has sought time to ascertain whether the transfer of the petitioner vide order dated 4.6.2025 (Annexure P-2) was by mutual consent or otherwise. 2.

The learned State counsel has very fairly conceded that as per his instructions, the transfer of the petitioner was done on administrative grounds and the remarks in the order dated 4.6.2025 (Annexure P-2) that the same was done on the basis of mutual transfer has been mentioned inadvertently. 3.

In view of the admitted position, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 4.6.2025 (Annexure P-2) is set-aside.

 

         4.

It will, however, be open to the respondents to pass any fresh orders in accordance with law.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
