**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0075 dated 25.07.2023 under Sections 409, 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC registered at P.S. Hariana District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1).

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.08.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 18.08.2023 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 18.08.2023 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation KUSUM 2024.05.31 16:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court, CHD
