After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition through which the petitioner seeks the relief of 'anticipatory bail', with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Illaqa Magistrate/CJM/Duty Magistrate concerned, within 10 days, from today. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 3.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from today, and moves an application, seeking 'regular bail', the same shall be decided on the same day itself, as per law.
