**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed by the complainant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuing necessary directions to official respondents No. 2 to 4 for conducting fair and proper investigation in case FIR No. 221 dated 28.07.2022 registered under Sections 323, 406, 420, 495, 498-A, 506 and 509 IPC, at Police Station Chhapar, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana (Annexure P-1) and taking appropriate action against respondents No. 5 to 8.

Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondents No. 6 to 8 in Court today is taken on record.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of order dated 28.08.2023 passed by learned Judicial DIVYANSHI 2024.08.09 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-40472-2023 (O&M) -2 - Magistrate 1st Class, Jagadhri in case FIR No. 221 dated 28.07.2022 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 495, 420, 506 and 509 IPC at Police Station Chhappar. A copy of the said order is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner, while referring to the said order, has very fairly informed this Court that in the present matter challan stands presented in respect of respondent No.6; respondent No.5 is a proclaimed offender and LOC has been issued against him; and respondents No. 7 and 8 have been declared innocent. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further directions are required to be issued and the present petition may be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Lady Sub Inspector Mukesh Kumari, does not dispute the above said facts.

Ordered accordingly.
