(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per Regulation 4 of The Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Rules of 2013, the application for grant of licence has to be decided by the competent authority within a period of 90 days. Petitioner applied for the grant of licence under The Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act, 2012 and the same has not been decided so far.
