**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.28 dated 14.03.2023 registered under Sections 304 and 34 IPC, P.S. Joga and District Mansa.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constable Jagseer Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 20.10.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.10.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
