HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. B.S.Sidhu, Advocate, for the petitioner.
AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The contention of Mr. B.S.Sidhu, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Financial Commissioner has dismissed the appeal of the petitioner, vide order dated 28.02.2017 (Annexure P-1). However, as per the directions, he could not support the grounds of appeal. As per the result of inquiry, favourable report has come. I am of the view that the authorities shall take action on the inquiry in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order as the petitioner had already been suspended.
