There is no representation for the appellant. The counsel for the respondent is ready. The issue is with reference to the driving licence which was renewed subsequent to the date of accident and beyond the period of 30 days from the time when the licence had expired. The appellant has been taking time for argument on pure question of law which is not in his favour.
