On asking of the Court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl.A.G, Haryana with Mr. Saurabh Mago, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and seeks time to get instructions Learned State counsel states that for inclusion in the name of the voter list, the petitioner can approach the concerned Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer by filing representation, who will do the needful.

Since the petitioner has now approached this Court, this petition at this stage is being disposed of and this petition be treated as representation of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned respondent No. 3-Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer today or tomorrow, who shall do the needful as per law.
