By way of filing this petition, petitioners seek necessary protection of their lives and personal liberty in view of the fact that they have not solemnized their marriage so far and are living in a live-in relationship and are under imminent threat at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 who are the parents/relatives of the petitioner No. 1. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in a live-in relationship against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 6 and have sought protection to their lives and liberty. It is submitted that petitioner No. 1-Vijeta, aged about 19 years and petitioner No. 2 - Aman, aged about 20 years, have not performed marriage because petitioner No. 2 has not attained the marriageable age and they will perform the marriage after 30.07.2026 when petitioner No. 2 will attained the marriageable age, but as of now, they apprehend danger at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 6, who will eliminate them.

Keeping in view the last order dated 26.06.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioners are brought to this Court under the protection of ASI Varinder Singh, Sector-3, Police Station Chandigarh. 4.
On the other hand, the private respondents have also put in appearance and submits that they are law abiding citizens and will never harm anyone much less their own children. The parents of petitioner No. 1 who are also present in the Court submits that they have no objection to the marriage of petitioner No. 1 with petitioner No. 2 after 30.07.2026 as and when petitioner No. 2 will attain the marriageable age. The parents of the petitioner No. 1 who are accompanied by the other relatives also submits that they will ensure that no harm is caused to either of the petitioner in any manner and upon attaining the marriageable age by petitioner No. 2, immediately within a period of three months from that day i.e. 30.07.2026, they will get solemnized marriage of the petitioners as per the Hindu rituals.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the present case, the present petition is disposed of with observations that as of now, there is no threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents in any manner, hence, no order is required to be passed in the present petition. 6.
It is made clear that in case, any of the petitioner thinks that henceforth any such situation arises they can move an application/representation to the SSP /SP of the area concerned for the grant of security by presenting this order so as to protect their life and liberty and in case, any such application is made by either of the petitioner, the police authority concerned will take appropriate action in accordance with law to
-3ensure that there is no harm caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners in any manner.

Further, the parents and relatives of the petitioners who are present in the Court are requested by this Court that being the parents of the young petitioners who wants to get married to each other, respect the wishes of their children and should be part of their happiness. 8.
The present petition is disposed of in above terms. 9.
Though this Court has mentioned that there is no threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents i.e. the parents/relatives of the petitioners but as petitioner No.1 who will be residing at Hisar with her parents during the intervening period, the SHO of Sadar Police Station, Hisar will ensure that the report qua the safety of petitioner No. 1 be ascertained every week. Though petitioners were brought to this Court under the protection of ASI Varinder Singh, Sector-3, Chandigarh Police Station keeping in view the last order dated 26.06.2026, but in view of the present order, they have gone back with their parents keeping in view the facts mentioned herein above.
