[1] Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.
[2] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 11, dated 14th January, 2014, under Sections 409, 420, 201, 120-B read with Section 34 IPC and Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonipat.
[3] Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that petitioners were served with the notices. In pursuance thereto, they have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required.

CRM-M-46793-2021 -2- [4] In view of statement made, petitioners are granted anticipatory bail. In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on bail subject to furnishing adequate bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. They are directed to join the investigation as and when called for. They shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
[5] The petition is allowed.
[6] In case of failure of petitioners to join the investigation, the State would be at liberty to file an application for re-calling of this order.
