H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jasvir Singh, concedes this fact, further contending that he is not required for custodial interrogation by the local police. The matter is stated to have been compromised between the parties and CRM-M-50205-2019 for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromised is stated to be pending before this Court, fixed for today.

CRM-M-36254 of 2019 -2In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 7.1.2020 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of following conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.:- i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation, as and when required, by the police; ii)that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and iii)that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court and shall surrender his passport, if any.

The petition in that way is allowed.
