For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. The date of hearing of the main case is advanced to today itself, and is taken on Board.

Main Case Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that claim raised in the instant petition is for re-fixation of the petitioners' pension on the basis of revision of pay-scales. The issue stands decided in petitioners' favour vide judgment dated 16.05.2023 rendered in Civil Writ Petition No.26015 of 2013 titled K.L. Vasudeva and others v. State of Haryana and another. The judgment has attained finality as LPA No.1960 of 2023 titled State of Haryana and others v. K.L. Vasudeva and others, filed against it, also stands dismissed. 2.

Learned State counsel contends that the petitioners' case will be considered as per law laid down by this Court in the judgments mentioned AVIN KUMAR 2024.12.18 18:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CWP No.19587 of 2024 [2] hereinabove, and an appropriate order will be passed within two months. The due benefits, as found admissible, will be released to them within two weeks thereafter.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.

Ordered accordingly.
