JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The counsel for the petitioners contends that at the time when the writ petition was filed, the officer concerned having the jurisdiction to entertain the revision petition under Section 115 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act was not holding the court but now the position is otherwise.

He further states that he has already filed the revision petition but it is posted for a long date, thus, urges for issuing direction to the concerned officer to decide the revision petition as expeditiously as possible.

The prayer of the petitioner is just and fair and I direct the concerned officer to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner, which is stated to be pending, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
