The prayer herein, inter alia, is for issuance of directions to respondents to consider the petitioner's claim for grant of compassionate appointment as her mother died in harness on 03.07.2010. In alternative, a prayer has been made to direct the respondents to release the solatium amount along with interest.

satisfied if his case is decided either way by respondent No.1 which has been pending since 2010 vide his representation dated 02.11.2010(Annexure P-2). 3.

In view of the above, instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to dispose of the pending representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law.
