(ORAL) By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgments and decrees dated 27.01.2020 and 01.07.2022 passed by the Courts below whereby, a suit for recovery, filed at the instance of respondent-plaintiff was decreed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties with the intervention of elders and in this regard affidavits of all the three legal heirs of deceased appellant-plaintiff have been handed over today in the Court which are taken on record, the Registry is directed to tag these affidavits at an appropriate place.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellants are not willing to pursue the present appeal. 4.

Dismissed being not pressed.
