Present second petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 249 dated 14.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Section 406, 420, 120-B IPC (Corresponding Section 316, 318(4), 61 of BNS) registered at Police Station Tanda, Hoshiarpur and for setting aside order dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Dasuya vide which non-bailable warrants were issued and bail bonds/surety bonds of petitioner were forfeited.

Learned counsel representing petitioner states petitioner is already declared proclaimed person. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw present petition with liberty to seek legal remedy available to him as per law.
