(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.42 dated 21.04.2020 registered under Sections 302, 307, 341, 188, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
