          Present:- Mr. Amandeep Singh Manaise, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Amandeep Singh, DAG, Punjab    ! 1.

Petitioner has filed instant petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.174 dated 11.12.2021 under Sections 419 and 420 of IPC registered at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar.

Petitioner had been granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2023, relevant part thereof is as under:- "Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing adequate bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Court/Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar." Learned counsel for petitioner pointed out that challan in this case has already been presented. Petitioner is on interim bail and is facing trial and appearing before the trial Court without fail. He has never misused the concession of bail granted in his favour. 4.

Learned counsel representing State has confirmed the aforesaid factual position.

Trial in this case has already started. No purpose would be served by sending petitioner behind the bars. He is regularly appearing before the trial Court. Therefore, without expressing my mind on the merits of the case, interim bail already granted vide order dated 25.08.2023 stands confirmed
