Ms. Rashmi Attri, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.39 dated 22.5.2017 at Police Station Mattewal, District Amritsar under Sections 295A, 341, 323, 506 and 354 of Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 66(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000, wherein all the petitioners have been summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C. to face trial alongwith other accused, who are already facing trial. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petition, as such, is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from today and apply for grant of regular bail in the forenoon of the day, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously preferably on the same day itself, while bearing in mind the fact that it is a case where the petitioners have been summoned with the aid of Section 319 Cr.P.C. and co-accused are already on bail.
