***** TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel states that the Departmental Committee constituted to verify genuineness of petitioner's teaching experience certificate is in the process of settling the petitioner's claim. In that regard, he has referred to instructions received vide memo dated 21.02.2024, which is taken record as Annexure-A. It is to the effect; The Departmental Committee has some objections regarding the record/requisite documents of experience certificate of the petitioner and need more documents in support of genuineness of experience certificate. The Department has directed the petitioner to provide the documents for the satisfaction of the Departmental Committee and the Department received the required documents via Email. The matter is being submitted to Competent Authority to settle the claim of the petitioner.
