Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, respondents have decided legal notice dated 23.12.2016 submitted by the petitioner and have rejected the petitioner's claim on 25.07.2017 (Annexure R1). Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
