The only grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that they had given a representation on 17.11.2021 to the respondents seeking release of their land as per the policy framed by the State Government of Haryana under Section 101-A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 which has not been disposed off. They seek a direction that it be considered within a specified period.
