At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been promoted as senior Lecturer, Head of Department. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been promoted pursuant to the directions of this Court vide order dated 20.07.2022 (Annexure P-11). The petitioner has been promoted as Senior Lecturer vide order dated 25.01.2023 (Annexure P-13); and further as Head of Department. It is, however submitted that the petitioner has not been promoted from the due date. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that although the Writ Court directions were only to consider the case of the petitioner, however the petitioner has been promoted as ARCHANA ARORA 2025.09.12 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP- 2551 of 2023 (O&M) pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner under the handicapped quota.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition, may be disposed of and the petitioner be granted liberty to raise the grievance, if any before the Writ Court.

Accordingly, the present petition, stands disposed of.

Rule stands discharged.
