CRM-29156-2021 The present application is for withdrawal of the main petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

CRM-M-42693-2020 Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.225, dated 30.04.2020, under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner in the above-mentioned application, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
